Mahkamah Agung (MA) telah menvonis bersalah dr. Dewa Ayu Sasiary Prawani SpOG, dan 2 rekannya -- dr. Hendry Simanjuntak SpOG dan dr. Hendi Siagian SpOG.K karena dianggap lalai yang menyebabkan pasien meninggal saat melahirkan di Rumah Sakit Profesor Kandou, Manado, Sulawesi Utara.

Atas putusan MA tersebut para dokter yang berdinas di rumah sakit seluruh Indonesia melakukan aksi demonstrasi dan protes keras. Salah satunya yaitu para dokter yang berdinas Rumah Sakit Cipto Mangunkusumo (RSCM) Jakarta Pusat.

Kepala Bagian Pemasaran dan Humas RSCM, Sulastin mengatakan sebagai bentuk solidaritas atas kasus yang menimpa dokter Ayu, para Dokter yang bekerja di RSCM pada hari ini mengenakan pita berwarna hitam di lengan kiri mereka.

"Kita pakai pita hitam sebagai bentuk solidaritas. Soal kriminalisasi terhadap dokter Ayu. Kita benar-benar ikut merasakan susahnya dia, secara kita ini satu profesi," kata Sulastin ketika ditemui di RSCM, Rabu (27/11/2013).

Selain mengenakan pita hitam sebagai bentuk rasa keprihatinan para dokter di RSCM, Sulastin menambahkan, sebagian Dokter RSCM pada Rabu pagi tadi mengikuti demonstrasi di kawasan Tugu Proklamasi, Jakarta Pusat.

Meski demikian, Sulasti menjelaskan pelayanan bagi para pasien di RSCM tetap berjalan seperti biasa. Hingga kini para dokter yang ikut berdemo sejak pagi tadi sudah kembali bekerja mengurus pasien di RSCM.

"Ada sebagian yang ikut aksi, tapi mereka sudah kembali lagi ke bekerja. Yang jelas, kami para dokter sudah bekerja seperti biasa. Tak ada yang ditinggalkan," tambah Sulastin

Mengenai kasus yang menimpa dokter Ayu di Manado, Sulawesi Utara pihak RSCM enggan berkomentar lebih jauh. Menurut Sulastin, para dokter yang berada di RSCM hanya sebatas melakukan aksi solidaritas terhadap Ayu.

"Kami di sini tidak bisa kopmentar tentang itu. Itu sudah masuk ranah hukum, kami hanya melakukan solidaritas. Yang jelas di RSCM semua dokter, baik itu dokter kandungan telah bekerja sesuai sesuai SOP dan mengutamakan keselamatan pasien," tutup Sulastin. (Ein/Yus)
