Testimoni mantan Kepala SKK Migas Rudi Rubiandini beredar di publik. Namun sejumlah politisi Partai Demokrat mengaku tidak percaya dengan isi surat tersebut, dan meminta Polri serta KPK mengusutnya hingga tuntas.

Terkait hal itu, Polri mengaku siap mengusut surat tersebut asal pihak yang dirugikan melapor. Karena kasus surat palsu harus melalui delik aduan.

"Bila ada pemalsuan tersebut, sebaiknya yang merasa dipalsu lapor. Katakanlah ada korban perorangan atau organisasi, melaporkan secara resmi ke pihak yang berwajib untuk bisa diproses," ucap Direktur Tipidum Bareskrim Polri, Brigjen Pol Heri Prastowo melalui pesan singkat, Jakarta Selasa (20/8/2013).

Surat testimoni yang diklaim milik Rudi beredar di publik pada Minggu 18 Agustus. Dalam surat tersebut, Rudi mengaku dipaksa mencari dana untuk membantu pembiayaan konvensi Partai Demokrat. Hal itu dikatakan perintah atasan Rudi yakni Menteri ESDM Jero Wacik, yang juga menjabat Sekertaris Majelis Tinggi di Partai Demokrat.

Dengan beredarnya surat tersebut, Dewan Kehormatan Partai Demokrat akan segera melakukan pemeriksaan dan mengklarifikasi kebenaran testimoni mantan Kepala Satuan Kerja Khusus (SKK) itu. (Alv/Tnt)
