"Kalau soal satu atau dua tahap, Pak Menteri (Marwan Jafar) sudah berkali-kali menyampaikan, baik dengan Kemenkeu atau raker DPR. Kita sampaikan usulan satu tahap atau maksimal 2 tahap. Memang kendalanya ada di PP, perlu revisi secepatnya," ujar Anwar.

Dengan mempersingkat tahapan penyaluran Free Intent To Purchase Letter, dampak yang ditimbulkannya akan lebih terasa. Terutama dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja.

"Artinya, kalau 1 atau 2 tahap, misalnya desa dapat Rp 700 juta, kalau 2 tahap dapat Rp 350 dan Rp 350 juta. Artinya kalau dapat uang Rp 350 juta, keinginan untuk ciptakan pekerjaan atau skala volumenya akan lebih besar, ketimbang sekarang (3 tahap). Rp 100 juta, 100 juta, dan 80 juta. Bayangkan 80 juta terakhir itu untuk apa?" jelas dia.
